These terms apply when you use the Brisklittle store or buy products from us. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

About Brisklittle

Our trading name is Brisklittle. You can reach us through our contact page or at arashkhodadoost08@gmail.com.

Our mailing address is 102 Spencer Road, Langford, WA 6147, Australia. Please contact us for return instructions before posting an item; the correct return address may differ from our mailing address.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately. Read the product page and selected options carefully so you know what is included. Colours can appear differently on different screens. This does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

The store displays product prices in US dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Check the currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final total displayed at checkout before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Prices and offers can change for future orders. If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain it. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will refund any payment collected for it.

Placing an order

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your selected product, option and quantity. Keep your order confirmation so we can help if you have a question. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly.

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund the payment for any item we cannot supply. We may also decline or cancel an order where necessary to address suspected fraud or an unlawful transaction, and will return any payment collected for a cancelled order as required by law.

Delivery, changes and returns

Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Contact us about a delay or delivery problem; we remain your point of contact for the order.

Our Returns and Refund Policy explains change-of-mind returns, faulty or incorrect items, refunds and cancellation requests. We cannot always change an order once dispatch is underway, but this does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Using the store

Please use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the store’s operation or attempt to access information that is not yours. You may browse and use the store’s content to make a purchase, but copying our branding or original content for commercial use requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
