Delivery
Free standard shipping on Drift sleep-mask orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Orders ship through international supplier partners. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination and delivery service. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can check the available information.
We provide tracking details when available. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or tracking shows a problem; we will investigate with the delivery partner.
If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe promised when you ordered or required by law, we will explain the delay and give you the option to agree to it or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund your payment.

30-day change-of-mind returns
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sleep masks that have been worn or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Contact us before posting a return so we can provide the appropriate instructions and address. For accepted change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage and there is no restocking fee. We refund the amount paid for the returned item; the original delivery charge is not refunded unless required by law.
Something wrong with your order?
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or different from what you ordered. The 30-day change-of-mind window and hygiene conditions do not limit your legal rights. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy you are entitled to, including reasonable return costs where required.
Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method, unless another method is required or agreed. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
